SOMATIC COACHING
Somatic coaching supports clients in reconnecting with the body as a source of wisdom, regulation, and creativity. Through movement, mindfulness, and expressive practices, we explore how stress, emotion, and habit live in the body — and how embodiment can support healing, growth, and self-trust. This work is especially helpful for folks navigating burnout, disconnection, or transitions, and for anyone curious about bringing more presence and creativity into their life.
EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING COACHING
With years of experience working with neurodivergent folks (Autism and ADHD), I offer executive functioning coaching that respects diverse ways of thinking, moving, and being, and help clients develop tools and solutions that make their lives easier. Together, we co-create strategies, routines, and systems that feel supportive — helping you move through overwhelm, stay organized, and build structures that actually fit your life. My approach centers flexibility, nervous system support, and self-compassion.
I’m especially equipped to support those navigating career transitions, job applications, or graduate school—whether you're just starting out, changing direction, or working through burnout. I help clients clarify their goals, manage the emotional demands of the process, and build sustainable momentum.

COACHING vs THERAPY: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
Somatic Coaching and Executive Functioning Coaching are present- and future-focused, collaborative practices that support skill-building, regulation, creativity, and self-trust. Coaching is not therapy, and it does not involve mental health diagnosis, clinical assessment, or treatment of mental health conditions.
These coaching services are not covered by insurance, and they are not a substitute for therapy or counseling. If you are seeking support for a mental health condition, crisis, or deeper emotional processing, I encourage you to connect with a licensed therapist in your area.
Please note:
While coaching can complement therapy, the coaching I offer is not a replacement for therapeutic treatment or mental health services.
Clients who have received therapy services from me cannot transition into coaching services, and vice versa. This policy is in place to maintain clear boundaries and ensure the integrity of both types of support.
